Namaste and blessings to you in this New Beginnings year:
The numerology of 2008 = 1 which signifies the letting go of the 'old' and
embracing a new cycle of new energy and levels/degrees of consciousness.
It's about looking at new ways to deal with old situations, new ways to
activate ourselves and new ways to travel through our spiritual journey here
in physicality.
Many years ago a American sales trainer Tom Hopkins taught me something
invaluable which was 'Success is a journey, not a destination'. Many of us
have experienced the frustration when you 'know and feel' what we are doing
is 'right' and then the frustration arrives when we don't see a result, or a
result that doesn't meet our expectations or timeframes.
Don't worry I also experience this, often I look up at the night-sky and ask
'Am I doing what I should be doing?' And then, If I'm doing what I should be
doing, why is the exchange (read Money) not flowing to me?
When effort is applied as in 'doing' I usually get a result, like calling
people, following up retailers, doing some new flyers and putting them up,
sending letters etc. But recently I have discovered another option to this
age-old dilemma, it's called 'Programming the Possibility'.
There are many forms of meditation, TM- Transcendental meditation,
Concentrative meditation, Mindfulness meditation, Movement meditation,
Visualization, Love and Compassion, Transformative meditation, Kundalini
meditation, and so on
Even though all of these approaches vary significantly among each other
regarding how the practices of meditation are conducted, the underlying
principle in each of those methods is really identical, i.e. to bring the
mind and body into perfect unity, and then wilfully keep them there.
During any particular form of meditation, the goal is to try to experience
the given instructions with the whole being.
Indeed, meditation is all about experience, and true experience is a
mind/body/Soul phenomenon.
It is not purely emotional – this would imply that your 'Mind' has something
to do with it, and let me tell you, absolute stillness and deep meditation
does not involve the thinking Mind.
In reality, we rarely experience this no-MIND state. We are either too
intellectual or too emotional, and this becomes a major source of stress.
Meditation helps us to strike a balance between our head and the heart, thus
reducing, or even eliminating, this significant primary stress in living.
For some of you the following be a bit on the 'woo woo' side of metaphysics
and science, but I'm urged to relate to you some research I have been
conducting on myself a new form of Quantum Level Programming- or
reprogramming myself through the direct communication of the quantum
particles that we are all made up of.
As I'm sure you're aware, at the absolute base matter which makes us all, we
all consist of sub-atomic size particles of light/energy. Physics tells us
that basic fabric of nature lies at the quantum level far beyond atoms and
molecules.
A quantum is million times smaller than the smallest unit called atom. Like
photon it is a wave of energy, invisible vibration waiting to take physical
form. The same is true of the human body - it takes form as invisible
vibration before it proceeds to coalesce into impulses of energy and
particles of matter. This is where knowledge comes from. This is the
invisible field very much like the underlying intelligence in DNA, the seat
of consciousness, the ultimate source of everything.
Programming the Possibility is a method of meditation reaching our deepest
central awareness under conditions of stillness and simplicity, bringing the
intellect and feelings together to commune with the core of our life energy
(creative primordial energy) expressed along the spine at the subtle quantum
interface of matter and energy.
The first step is the four-breath pranic breathing technique.
I have attached a sheet on how to go about this. It is in .pdf format, if
you can't open it, go to www.adobe.com and download the Adobe Reader
software, it's free.
When you next meditate, take your focus to a location at the base of your
spine while visualizing the energy flow in the form of a steadily burning
candle flame. It may assist to have a candle lit, in front of you.
Eventually, you will feel that you have become the flame itself, with the
inner flame representing the spinal energy flow, while the outer flame
symbolizes the metabolic/etheric energy covering rest of the body.
The steadily radiating light of innate happiness may then appear as a
radiant smile, you can feel this smile pervading your entire being.
The initial experience of this smile has a positive feedback effect on the
neuromuscular network, which, in turn, may respond by further spreading of
the sensation of bliss through every cell in the body. Thus, the meditator
would sit still in a comfortable meditation posture and be absorbed in the
flood of inner bliss.
You then commence to begin thinking of the things you wish to be or acquire
and you need to FEEL physical excitement, the only thing that can cause this
physical excitement is a genuine belief in possibility.
Eventually you won't even need mental pictures, this excitement can be
brought on independently be meditating on possibility itself - and when you
can do this then you realise you are close to the secret of absolute
happiness.
When you are meditating on possibility you feel physical excitement, and so
happiness, as you are not attached to what has already become and thus lost
its possibility, but are close to the possibility of the unformed.
It's much like Yin and Yang of Taoism. Yin is the unformed, pure
possibility, as we ourselves are only possibility and can manifest as we
please from our minds; therefore Yin represents passivity, as there is no
need for worldly action to obtain the things we desire and our happiness.
Yang would then represent the formed, what has already become and so has
lost its possibility - to change something in this situation requires action
as possibility has gone in what has already become.
We could even go as far to say that if our inner-practice leads us to focus
on the unformed possibility, then we are close to the Tao itself; and when
we are focussed on the manifested, concrete ideas and situations that
require force to change them, then we are far from the Tao - we lose our
possibility.
If we have a fixed opinion of the way something is, then how can we manifest
an alternative we don't believe in? imagine someone who complains they get
hay fever every summer, they've just made something concrete and ruled out a
possibility. Let me speculate further:
UNHAPPINESS is focusing on negative possibility, the bad things that could
happen in a situation or the way in which things couldn't change - being
immersed in the concrete nature of what has already become and so cannot
become something else, thus lacks possibility and is far from the Tao.
HAPPINESS is close to the Tao, simply BEing with much possibility in the
unformed, in what has not yet become but could be. Fluidity. Passivity
because only the possibility exists. Having and holding heart-felt FAITH in
the unformed.
Is it insane to speculate that God/Spirit/Happiness Itself is actually...
Nothing but Possibility?
A meditation on pure possibility, a formless meditation on excitement and
joy itself.
And before you know it, you're transformed into a possibility based energy
system instead of a focussed concrete being relying on 'action only' to
manifest.
I'd be delighted to hear your thoughts and feelings on this. Later this
month I am holding a series of 3 workshops to show and assist them to
activate their Diamond Body through Programming the Possibility Meditation.
Blessings, love, light and laughter to you

Namaste dear One and blessings to you!
The first couple of months of 2008 have been a 'doozy' for many of us coming
to terms with this new beginnings year. There have been lots of challenges
already and many of you have emailed me and asked if it's just them or for
lots of us, let me tell you, there's a lot happening energetically right
now.
If there ever was a time to take a serious look at your life and determine
what it is you REALLY want in your life and what you REALLY don't want in
your life, this is the time. The time for procrastination is over, if you
want things to change first YOU have to change.
So what do you want to change in your life right now, is it getting into or
out of a relationship, a job, somewhere new to live or possibly a habit that
needs to be 'allowed' to leave your life?
Choose, and choose NOW because that is what we're being asked to do, if we
are to lead and integrate the 'new energies' on this planet now.
Let me ask you this, how unconditional are you? I ask because many people I
see and know are really only starting to come to grips with what being
unconditional actually means...
The term unconditional and unconditional love is bandied around and has
become a bit of a buzz-word/term but it's pretty rare that you actually see
people being unconditional.
The actual definition of the word is 'Without conditions or limitations;
absolute' but for a moment, let's take it further;
Thinking you're unconditional isn't it, you have to BE unconditional, not
just SAY that you're unconditional. My definition is a bit longer, but
portrays what I believe it really is. Unconditional, without any conditions,
without expectations, without judgement or any agenda- Whatsoever.
It is unusual for us to experience unconditional love, because there's
usually subtle conditions attached! For this to take place, how willing are
you to release all expectations and all agendas from your
partner/kids/family etc?
You say, 'that's impossible, everyone has expectations!'. Well, what if you
didn't?
What if you released all expectations/agendas and outcomes in relation to
your life situation? What if it's time to surrender and just allow yourself
to be who you really are and drop the facade you've carefully built over all
these past years? It's usually the fear of being judged by others.
You see, expectations/agendas and outcomes are always generated by your EM
(ego-mind) and all of these are always based on FEAR. What will happen if I
gave up on expectations and outcomes, would he/she leave me? Would I just
disappear? What if people found out what I'm really like?...A whole myriad
of fears could come to mind...
All FEAR-based Ego-Mind stuff and not a single one of them real, just
imagined.
When we commence our spiritual journey, we bring to ourself lessons, or
opportunities for realisation. Some of them are BFO's (Blinding Flashes of
the Obvious) and some are subtle, so subtle in fact that we often miss the
opportunity because we're so busy being frightened. One could assume (if one
wanted too) that as we get further into our understanding and awareness of
our own inherent Soul journey, that the lessons along the way become easier.
Well, I got some good news and some bad news...
The Bad news is, the lessons and opportunities don't get easier, they get
harder because we are now further advanced than what we were. The good news
is, the lessons only get harder if that's what you choose, and within the
choice lies everything you can be.
It's all about Choice and which ones lead us onwards, or leave us stagnating
until we realise we need to make another choice.
There is a space between stimulus and response, that space and what you do
with it determines your growth, your Soul-journey and your happiness.
A client came to me recently and was talking about and wondering why he'd
get so angry sometimes with his spouse, kids and employees.
I explained that he could make the space between stimulus and response a
little bit longer, so instead of him receiving stimulus and giving immediate
response, take a little time before responding, I advised him to consider a
number of responses. For instance when his wife said he was a lazy, control
freak, grumpy bastard. Instead of the conditioned response of get st*ffed!
You think you're perfect blah, blah, blah (because he felt fear around his
worth) He could consider a number of responses, and they could include the
following.
Hey, what's wrong, you're upset, is there anything I can do for you right
now that would help you?
Hey, yeah I know, sometimes I don't know how you put up with me, how do you
think I can handle this better?
Yeah, OK I am but I love you, always have, always will.
Which choice do you think would lead to further anger, or probably just a
smile and a bit of understanding?
Anger is always based on fear, when you get angry, before the emotion takes
over and the fight/flight condition arises, take just a moment to reflect,
what is the fear within me that feels like that I 'must' get angry to deal
with this?
Am I judging, and am I scared of not having one of my (often as not, not
communicated) expectations or agendas being fulfilled? Why have you decided
on anger, is it just a habit?
Between stimulus and response is a space, how well can you train yourself to
make the space longer, and then respond not from the head, but from the
heart?
There's a really easy way to deal with this, a few of my principles are
below;
No-one can make you feel anything, you must give yourself permission.
What other people think about you is none of your damn business.
Habits can be released.
When you don't expect anything, everything is a bonus.
Fear isn't real.
Everything is unfolding as it should, perfectly (when you don't judge it as
good or bad, divine or evil)
The only truth is Surrender of the ego-mind fear, so your Soul can sing.
In the end what matters most is;
How well did you Live,
How well did you Love
How well did you learn to let go?
I send you Love, Light and Laughter my friend, Namaste.
